Avaintec’s products have achieved stable market share in public sector and health care in Finland. Now we are looking to expand and grow our business to European markets. To facilitate that, we are seeking a person to take responsibility of expanding our team of experts and developing sales and marketing in European markets. COO
In your role you will have full responsibility of developing and growing business in healthcare sector in Finland and in selected markets within Europe. You will also have full responsibility in marketing and sales efforts and growing the team in order to facilitate expansion of business to new markets. You will report directly to CEO and work closely with other people in executive management.

Qualities that will help you succeed:
- Experience in international business and leading international teams, preferably 5-10 years
- Demonstrable results in sales and business development to medical/healthcare sector
- Good skills in HRM and experience in expanding well functioning teams
- Former experience in leading business (i.e. CEO, COO)
- You have developed services into go-to market products (especially in: AI-as-a-service)
- Experience in acquiring financing
- Good evidence of decision making
