Our team is expanding and we are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead our upcoming ERP projects.

This is a varied role, with your expertise and input required at all levels. From pre-sales support, through to enterprise level project and change management. Your project leadership will be critical to ensuring we continue to deliver exemplary service to our clients. If you have at least ten years of project management experience from an ERP or enterprise level perspective, then we would love to talk to you about a current opening based in Helsinki office.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, configuration, testing, implementation, training, and close out
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, prioritisation, and risk management strategies
- Ensure clear channels of communication and reporting between project team, clients and other key stakeholders
- Leading a project team and maintain positive relationships with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members, including senior management, business units, and external partners
- Ensuring success of the project and surpassing customers’ expectations
Requirements and skills
- Proven minimum of 10 years project management experience from ERP and additional consulting experience from ERP or management consulting
- Familiarity with manufacturing sector
- Commercial background and sales orientation
- Base technical knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent presentation, communication and team player skills
- Proficiency in Finnish and English, Swedish is an advantage
- Proactive and self-directed approach to project work
- Readiness to travel when needed
