We are now searching for a
HR Specialist
to join us in our head office in Raisio.
You will be one member in our Finance & People Team. Part of your job is to join the projects and workshops with the Group in London and Nordic HR in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
You are self-motivated, able to work independently and capable to take initiative. You are a person with positive attitude.
This job could be ideal for you if you have background in following areas
- HR administration
- Recruiting
- Coordination with Payroll (outsourced) & occupational health care company
- Running & debriefing surveys
Additionally you feel comfortable in
- Supporting Line Managers & Superiors
- Documenting processes & training programs
- Organizing recreational events & awards
- Monitoring & developing GDPR processes
You have
- in HR or similar area
- At least 3 years of experience in performing similar tasks
- Good communication and presentation skills in a multinational context
- Written and spoken fluency in Finnish and English, Scandinavian languages are an advantage but not a requirement
- Skills in core applications, HR systems & MS Office
