We are now looking for a
Microsoft Technical Arhitect
to help shape and scale our Microsoft Modern Work & AI offering in Finland. This role is central to our ambition to help clients develop their business through AI-enabled Microsoft solutions and to build a strong local team and delivery capability around these services.
In this role you will be part of BearingPoint Finland’s growing Microsoft Modern Work & AI capability, working closely with clients, sales, consultants, developers, and international colleagues across our wider Microsoft community. You will contribute both to client delivery and to the growth of our Microsoft business by helping design scalable solutions, supporting sales, and guiding teams in the successful implementation of modern Microsoft technologies.
Role summary
As a Microsoft Technical Architect (Modern Work & AI), you will be responsible for designing end-to-end Microsoft-based solutions that combine business relevance with technical quality. You will act as a technical lead in client engagements and delivery projects, guiding architectural choices across Azure, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, integrations, data, and AI-related solutions.
This is a hands-on and client-facing role for someone who enjoys combining architecture, delivery leadership, technical advisory work, and business-oriented solution shaping.
Key expectations
- Strong experience in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions, with deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical architectures
- Experience working in a technical lead or architect role in client-facing projects
- Solid understanding of integrations, data, governance, and security principles
- Commercially minded and comfortable supporting solution shaping in the sales phase
- Collaborative and coaching-oriented way of working in multidisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that support client business goals
- Act as technical lead in client projects from solution design ensuring high quality outcomes
- Guide key technical decisions related to architecture, integration, data, and security
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, and governance throughout delivery
- Support client discussions and proposal work with strong technical insight
- Contribute to capability building, knowledge sharing, and the development of the team’s ways of working
