Noli Studios has expanded rapidly, and currently operates seven locations in the Helsinki Capital region area.

To strengthen our B2B sales and commercial team in Finland we are now looking for a

SALES MANAGER

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring the achievement or surpassing of sales targets. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strong B2B client relationships, both new and existing customers. You have a structured approach in reporting results and an understanding of accommodation pricing and distribution channels. Most importantly, you have a passion in what you do as our sales ambassador.

You will work in close co-operation with local commercial and operational teams, and you are reporting to the Head of Operations, Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the rest of the Noli team.
  • Expand the customer portfolio and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Expand, evaluate and explore the partner network and business opportunities.
  • Ability and willingness to improve the sales development tools and processes in collaboration with the team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Solid (3+ years) experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality, re-location or corporate housing segments.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A clear, structured and collaborative approach in working as a part of the country team and commercial team.
  • Innovative and results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven team player with “can-do” attitude
  • Business acumen combined with relevant higher education.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish.
